Adjust an optional preloader

Identify the component before changing a template-specific loading screen.

Check whether your template has one

A preloader is template-specific, not a required Framer feature. In your practice copy, inspect the first layers of the page and any overlay component. It may also come from an interaction or custom code.

Prefer the exposed control

Select the instance and look for an enabled, visibility or duration property. If no control is provided, inspect the main component and its events before changing it. Do not hide an entire hero or page container just because the loader appears above it.

Test the published behavior

Preview the entrance and exit. If you disable the loading component, check that its completion event was not responsible for revealing the page. On a test publish, confirm the content and navigation become available on slow connections and when animation is reduced.

When to ask for help

If a code component controls loading, share the component name and a public test URL with support. Do not paste private remix links or credentials into a public question.
